Debbie Foster helps law firm leaders get unstuck. She’s the person firms call when growth has outpaced their structure, when the expectations on a leader have gotten bigger than the systems meant to support them, and when the path forward isn’t obvious to anyone in the room.

With more than 30 years in the legal industry, Debbie has built a reputation for asking the questions other people avoid and making hard conversations feel possible. She’s the founder and CEO of Affinity Consulting Group, which has spent nearly three decades helping law firms run better, and co-author of Be a Next Level Leader, a practical field guide for people who earned their way into leadership by being great at the work, then had to figure out the leadership part on their own.

She’s a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, a two-time chair of ABA TECHSHOW, and a longtime volunteer leader with ALA, ILTA, and the ABA Law Practice Division.
