What am I about? Relationships.
A former City lawyer, I now work as a coach and business development consultant to professional services firms. I bring a rare dual perspective: I understand the pressures inside firms, and, having spoken to hundreds of clients on behalf of my clients, I know what those clients actually want.
My work focuses on strengthening relationships, inside and out. That means helping teams navigate internal dynamics, build trust, and develop the human skills that make collaboration work. It also means helping firms deepen client relationships in ways that drive sustainable growth.
Alongside my practice, I have researched female progression in law firms and developed practical ways to address the systemic and behavioural barriers that hold women back.
As a speaker, I focus on the conversations we’re not having, but need to:
- Why female progression in law is a choice problem – and how to change it.
- Unmasking imposter syndrome: what’s really going on.
- What clients want now: and what they will pay for when AI does the work.
- Why collaboration is key – but why matrix organisations aren’t set up for it.

Well done for a really thought-provoking and insightful event today. It generated a lot of conversation on our table and I think you could have filled another hour and still held our attention!
